  • Unlock Service Only: You are purchasing the unlock service. We are NOT selling mobile phones. 
  • Activation Lock2: We will NOT entertaining any requests for refunds or help on Activation Lock2 issues (Find My iPhone on iOS7+).  
  • Bad Request: If found that your IMEI is Blacklist or Incorrect or Wrong Network,  there will be £5 admin fee deduct from your payment and refund the rest.
  • No Cancellations: Once the order has been submitted, the service CAN NOT be cancelled or amended in any circumstances.  
  • Be Patience: This is server based service, so sometimes might take longer than given time. This happens extremely rare, it's out of our control. So kindly ask Please DO NOT buy if you can't wait.
  • Proof Needed for Refund: We are confident that the unlocking is done once process completed. We will require the third party of Genuine IMEI Unlocking Checkmend AND a video proof by showing the IMEI and process if you claimed that it is not done. Please contact us if you have any problem with unlocking. We will try our best to solve your problem.

 1 The Money Back Guarantee:
Only applies if your IMEI is not found, if after submitting your IMEI number it is returned by the database as "Not Found" or "Unavailable" you will be refunded in full. 
It does not apply to the Blacklisted IMEI, Wrong IMEI or Wrong Network Carrier you provided. Details of every iPhone/iPad in circulation are stored on the Apple database and we have the facilities to access those details.
We work hard to provide the best and quickest service possible but on very rare occasions situations may occur such as server down time or overload which may delay your order, this is extremely rare and completely out of our control so we kindly ask that you respect this and understand that we will be working hard to get your order processed as quickly as possible. In the event of prolonged server down time you will be refunded in full.
 
2 Attention of iOS7+ Activation Lock / Find My iPhone
iOS7+ has a new feature called Activation Lock. How does Activation Lock work? 
When you enable Find My iPhone on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS7+, the Apple ID and password you use for iCloud is securely stored on Apple's activation servers and linked to your device. 
From that point on, your password will be required before anyone can turn off Find My iPhone on your device, erase your device, or reactivate and use your device.
Activation Lock is enabled automatically when you turn on Find My iPhone in iOS7+, or when you upgrade to iOS7+ from a previous version of iOS that has Find My iPhone already turned on.

To turn on Find My iPhone on your device: Settings >> iCloud >> Sign in with your Apple ID if necessary >> Turn on Find My iPhone.
Prior to unlocking your device, make sure the previous owner of the unit has turned off Find My iPhone and erased all contents & settings.

You must ensure the above feature is turned off before upgrading to iOS7+ and unlocking your device.
